Attorney Bernardo Roman III of Miami; lying nut case

The state of Florida provided Bernardo Roman III with a law license in 1984.

The Florida State Bar has charged Bernie with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Made false claims while representing the Miccosukke Tribe
• Lied that opposing counsel attacked his nut-allergic law clerk with peanuts and pistachios
• Sanctioned for pursuing litigation based on “no evidence or only patently frivolous evidence”
• Judge’s at the deposition of Bernie’s law clerk stated that in reality the deposition was a “setup” by Paulie to get the opposing attorneys into trouble

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bernie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court.
