Attorney John J. Hunter, Jr. got schooled in the lawyerly art of lying and acting unethically from his now-deceased father John, Sr.
John, Sr. spent many, many years screwing the citizens of the greater Toledo as a so-called bankruptcy trustee. John, Jr. followed in his Daddy’s steps by screwing anyone who suffered the indignity of having to file for bankruptcy protection. In truth, they should have been allowed to file for protection from Johnny Baby and his mentor Daddy.
In at least one case, John knowingly teamed up with a local attorney who was ranked by his peers in Toledo as one of the most corrupt to have ever been gifted with a law license. It appears that Johnny looked upon this crooked attorney as yet another mentor in the fineries of defrauding clients.
While Johnny was a member of this despicable tag team, he engaged in the following egregious misconduct, all of which was aimed at unjustly enriching him and his crooked mentor.
There are many more examples wherein Johnny acquiesced in the fraudulent (criminal) conduct of his attorney friend and mentor. Hey Jonnie Baby, how would you feel if you were permanently cutoff from future puchases of Viagra? Think ya might have an unpleasant visit to the Family Court in Toledo Johnnie?
As we speak (ca. Feb 2011) this certified loser continues to be appointed as a bankruptcy trustee in Toledo. The term “bankruptcy trustee” as it relates to Johnny is the ultimate oxymoron!
