Attorney David Bean of Portland, OR; ethical gremlin

The state of Oregon provided David Bean with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Northwestern University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in improper communication with trial court
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to advise court of all material facts
• Misconduct involved vulnerable client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Dave practices with Wyse Kadish LLP at 621 SW Morrison Street in Portland, Oregon.
