Attorney Richard West of Marion, AR; ethical dwarf

The state of Arkansas presented Richard Ray West with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed to tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (September 2015), Dick practices at 86 Military Road in Marion, Arkansas.
