The State of Ohio presented William Henry Truax Jr. with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from Ohio State University Law School.

The Columbus Bar Association found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to deposit advance fees in client trust account
• Withdrew client funds prior to earning same as fees

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Billy by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
