Attorney Joseph Fattor of Leadville, CO; ethical dwarf

The state of Colorado provided Joseph A. Fattor with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from Washburn University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conflict of interest
  • Handled legal matter with adequate preparation
  • Entered into business transaction with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Joey practices at 405 Harrison Avenue in Leadville, Colorado.

CAUTION: Joey is not covered by legal malpractice insurance
