Attorney Mark Pearson of New Haven, CT; idiotic loser

The state of Connecticut provided Mark H. Pearson with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Gonzaga University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to abide by client decisions regarding scope of representation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the patron saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Mark practices at 62 Trumbull Street in New Haven, Connecticut.
