Attorney Robert Floyd of Anchorage; tax scofflaw, serial offender

The state of North Carolina presented Robert Dixon Floyd with a law license in 1983.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

Bobby’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, Bobby unlawfully and willfully failed to file his federal and state individual income taxes and pay the same for five (5) consecutive years.

Subsequently, Bobby pled guilty to failure to pay state income taxes and was sentenced to 45 days in jail and placed on probation for twelve (12) months.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.
