Reve. Robert Jeffress says, Cops are Ministers of God sent to Punish Evildoers

During a recent (early July 2016) interview on the Fox News Comedy Network and more specifically the Fox & Friends Comedy Hour, Pastor Robert Jeffress of Dallas denounced “bogus ministers’ who failed to preach about having “respect for the police.”

Rev. Jeffress called on churches “to instill in their members a respect for the police.” Apparently, he is including South Carolina officer Michael Slager who shot an African-American in the back several times while he was running away from him.

Rev. Bob went on to say:

• “And you know, I have to say if we would teach our children to respect law enforcement officers, they wouldn't have anything to worry about."
• "The Bible says law enforcement officers are nothing to be feared if you do what is right.”

Yeah Rev. Bob, what’s wrong with those black children and/or adult males anyway.  If they’d learn to act right when a white cop stops them and say things like, “Yeah Master” then they wouldn’t likely get shot or assaulted. And if they don’t display that type of respect, then they deserve to be mistreated, right Bobby?
