The Law Society presented Peter Craig Atkinson with a law license in 1999.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Pete!)
• Failed to comply with provisions of Law Society notice
• Failed to carry out required account reconciliations
• Failed to deliver an accountant’s report

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Tribunal punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
