Attorney Nathan Workman of Indian Trail, NC; ethical gremlin

The state of North Carolina provided Nathan Michael James Workman with a law license in 2010 after he graduated from the Charlotte School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar has charged Nate with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Committed trust account violations
• Failed to comply with at least two court orders
• Failed to appear at show cause contempt hearing

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Grievance Committee didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Nate.
