Attorney Gregory Bullard of Pembroke, NC; ethical dwarf

The state of North Carolina provided Gregory A. Bullard with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the Charlotte School of Law.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar has charged Greg with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Neglected client’s adoption case
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Neglect led to three-year delay in filing client’s adoption petition

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Greg practices with Bullard & Bullard PLLC in Pembroke, North Carolina.
