The state of North Carolina provided Marlon Jermaine Howard with a law license in 2008

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Marlon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in the illegal practice of law
• Committed criminal acts adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to display any remorse regarding misconduct

As a consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Marlon by gifting him with a third complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Marlon practices at 4016 Baker Street in Durham, North Carolina.
