Attorney K.E. Krispen Culbertson of Greensboro, NC; serial liar

The state of North Carolina presented K.E. Krispen Culbertson with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Wake Forest University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Krispy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Krispy’s letterhead on his law office stationery had an asterisk beside Krispy’s name in the letterhead. Below Krispy’s name in the printed letterhead, surrounded by parentheses, is another asterisk with the phrase “Published in Federal Reports, 3d Series.

Krispy’s phrase is false due to the undisputed fact that reports published in the Federal Reporter are limited to publishing opinions by various Federal District and/or Appellate Courts. Put simply, Krispy’s a lying loser!

In another matter, Krispy maintained a website wherein he it states that Krispy “is also one of the elite percentage of attorneys to be published in the Federal Reports – the large law books that contain the controlling case law of the United States.” Again, Krispy was engaged in intentionally telling a bald faced lie in his zeal to dupe future clients into hiring him.

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Krispy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Krispy practices with Culbertson & Associates at 315 Spring Garden Street in Greensboro, North Carolina.
