Attorney Joshua Sanford of Russellville, AR; cheating loser

The state of North Arkansas provided Joshua Sanford with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Josh guilty of the following misconduct.

• Entered into an agreement calling for an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit client funds in client trust account

As a consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Josh by gifting him with a third complimentary caution. 

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Josh practices with The Sanford Law Firm at 303 West Main Street in Russellville, Arkansas.
