Attorney Martin Killingham of DC; idiotic slacker

The District of Columbia presented Martin F. Killingham with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Ohio State University.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Marty guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to provide zealous representation
• Failed to withdraw representation when required to so at
• Represented client whose interests conflicted with another client’s interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Marty by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Marty practices in Washington, DC.
