Attorney Glen Buttacavoli of Massillon, OH; convicted liar

The State of North Carolina presented Glen F. Buttacavoli with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Akron Law School.

A panel of the Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Glen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to reveal prior transfer of life estate, stock and life insurance policy by client
• Made false representation to Ohio Department of Job and Family Services so that his client could qualify for Medicaid benefits
• Pled guilty in Stark County Common Pleas court to one charge of falsification

As one would suspect, this isn’t Glen’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a stayed 6-month suspension of his license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Glen by the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
