Judge Daniel Coursey of Decatur, GA; imbecilic loser

The state of Georgia presented Daniel M. Coursey with a law license in 1966 after he graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

Georgia Ethics Laws mandate that all judges submit an annual financial disclosure statement wherein the report their income, assets and who gave them money for their political campaigns. Failure to so act provides for a mandatory fine of at least $125.00 for each violation.

When Judge Coursey was informed by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he was in violation of the mandatory reporting rules he responded by saying:

• “Why don’t they notify me that I have a fine?”
  “If they’re so interested in everybody knowing about the fine and knowing all this stuff, it ought to work both ways, shouldn’t it?”
• “They’re just obviously not very interested in collecting the fine.”

The truth of the matter is that it is Danny the Imbecile’s duty to follow the law and file his annual financial disclosure statements each and every year and to do so in a timely manner. Therefore, his idiotic comment doesn’t pass the involuntary laugh test.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Dannie continues to sit as a DeKalb County Superior Court judge in Decatur, Georgia.
