Attorney Felix Nihamin of Franklin Lakes, NJ; convicted fraudster

The state of New Jersey presented Felix Nihamin with a law license in 1995.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Felix guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of third degree misapplication of entrusted property
• Made false statements of material fact on HUD settlement statements knowing that lenders would rely on the inaccurate information when funding mortgages and disbursing funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Felix by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Felix practices in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.
