Attorney David Daniels of Camden, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented David Paul Daniels with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dave guilty of the following misconduct

• Negligently misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Engaged in recordkeeping violations
• Failed to file personal injury suit prior to statute of limitations expiring

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Dave’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Dave practices with David Paul Daniels PA at 3300 Federal Street in Camden, New Jersey.
