Attorney Charles Daly of Middletown, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented Charles B. Daly with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to obtain informed, written consent to representation re: conflict

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand and an 18-month suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Charlie practices with the Law Offices of C. Brian Daly at 1250 State Highway 35 in Middletown, New Jersey.
