• Failed to abide by terms of prior discipline
• Engaged in illegal practice of law
• Failed to submit two out of four quarterly probation reports
• Failed to provide proof he passed MPRE (Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination) within a year of date of prior discipline

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Billy practices with the Law Offices of William R. Walz at 26741 Portola Parkway in Foothill Rach, California, which is located in Orange County.
