Attorney Ana Vellanoweth of Los Angeles; lying loser

The state of California provided Ana Maria Vellanoweth with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) Law School.

The California Bar Court found Ana guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Ana reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact he had not done so.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Ana was never criminally charged with perjury.

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Ana by gifting her with a complimentary 1-month suspension of her law license.
