Attorney Navinder Virk of San Francisco; lying loser

The state of California provided Navinder Virk with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Golden State University Law School in San Francisco. The California Bar Court found Navinder guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Navinder reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact he had not done so.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Navinder was never criminally charged with perjury.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Navinder by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
