Justice Jeffrey Menard of New York; certified loser, moron  
Sadly for the residents of Clinton County New York, Jeffrey Menard has been a Justice of the Mooers Town Court since 1997.
In June 2009, the Judicial Commission lodged an ethics complaint against Justice Menard and October found him guilty of the misconduct set forth below.
The facts of Justice Menard’s unlawful conduct in repeatedly dispensing favors to the son of his employer is as follows:
Menard’s Hyperbolic (BS) defense to dismissing Daniel’s Speeding Ticket
At the disciplinary hearing, Officer testified that he did not recall consenting to dismissal of the ticket but believed he did not do so.
The Moron testified that he didn’t remember why he dismissed the speeding ticket. He also testified that the officer was present in court; however, the officer testified he was never there, proving that the Moron is also a liar (perjurer). When caught in this obvious lie, the Moron then falsely testified that he believed an assistant DA consented to the dismissal.
The enablers and apologists on the Judicial Commission punished this certified loser and liar by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
As we speak (ca. Jan 2011), this loser remains on the bench. Is this a joke or what?
