Attorney John Palitto of Haddonfield, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented John J. Palitto with a law license in 1992.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in gross neglect
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to memorialize rate or basis of his fee
• Failed to terminate representation when required to do so
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Johnny!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Johnny practices at 35 King Highway in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
