Attorney V. James Castiglia of Oak Ridge, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented V. James Castiglia with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to abide by client’s decisions re: scope of representation

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Castigation’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment and a reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Castiglia by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Castiglia practices at 5701 Berkshire Valley Road in Oak Ridge, New Jersey.
