Attorney John Cerza of Cedar Grove, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented John Edward Cerza with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct

  • Failed to promptly deliver funds to client
  • Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to administration of justice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Johnny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Johnny practices at Six Pompton Avenue in Cedar Grove, New Jersey.
