Grandson’s reaction when Gramps said Sarah Palin was a Mental Giant  Just attended— my grandson Nathaniel’s first birthday party in LA, and is my wont I decided to talk a little politics with him. Of course his Mom took umbrage but I believe in going after them when their minds are still fertile if y’all know what I mean.Since there’s an outside chance that Sarah Palin could be our next president, I thought it prudent to discuss her admitted attributes for the office with Nate (his Mom hates it when I call him Nate). So I told him, Sarah said she gained experience in foreign affairs because she could see Russia from the back of her house in Alaska.
Nate responded by saying “Oh sure Gramps, and I can see downtown San Diego from my highchair.” Rather than drone on Nate’s further comments, I thought a photo would be much more enlightening. |
