Attorney Richard J. Lambert of New York City; convict

The state of New York presented Alan I. Zasky with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Pace University Law School.

The Appellate Division, First Department found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick was convicted of a serious crime. He subsequently pled guilty in the Harrison Town Court, Westchester County, to one charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division, Second Department panel punished Dick the Perv by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Dick practices with Greenberg, Trager & Herbst LLP at 767 3rd Avenue in New York, New York.
