Attorney Seth Rotter of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; convicted of bribery

The state of New York presented Seth Richard Rotter with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the Brooklyn Law School.

The Appellate Division, First Department found Seth guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Seth was charged in an indictment filed in the Supreme Court, New York County, with commercial bribing in the first degree, commercial bribing in the second degree and scheme to defraud in the first degree.

Subsequently, Seth pled guilty to the lesser included offense of commercial bribing in the second degree, an A misdemeanor.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Appellate Division, Second Department panel punished Seth the Perv by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Seth practices at 126 Remo Place in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
