Attorney Gina Mosley of Philadelphia; cheating slacker

The state of Pennsylvania presented Gina Yvonne Mosley with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Gina guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics counsel (Up yours, said Gina!)
• Failed to appear before Disciplinary Board as required
• Failed to respond to numerous communications received from ethics boards
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
• Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Gina.
