Judge George Assad of Las Vegas an Il Duce Wannabee, ethically insolvent 
Some public official unknown to me as we speak (Jan 2011) sadly appointed this Misfit as a Municipal Judge in Las Vegas in 2002.
It wasn’t long before George decided to exhibit his attributes as a die-in-the-wool Il Duce Wannabee (aka, Benito Mussolini).
In early 2007, the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline found Judge Assad guilty of the following misconduct:
In fact, Il Duce specifically threatened Anne by saying, “You’re going to have to go with my marshal in the back and make a call. Tell him [Madera] you’re going to jail if he doesn’t get his butt down here.”
The Commission then specifically ruled that Il Duce violated Ms. Anne Chrzanowski’s constitutional “due process” rights. Apparently, Il Duce is of the opinion that the term “due process” is the means by which the grass gets moist in the am.
The enablers/apologists sitting on the Judicial Commission then punished Judge George Assad by gifting him with a complimentary public reprimand.
As we speak (ca. Jan 2011) this certified loser remains on the bench in Las Vegas. Apparently, he was unable to secure employment as a greeter at the Wal Mart located at 201 North Nellis Blvd in Vegas.
