Attorney Anthony Gilbreth of Columbia, IL; greedy loser

The stat e of Illinois presented Anthony Patrick Gilbreth with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tony failed to inform his opposing counsel and the court that his client had died in a pending civil case and then attempted to conceal his client’s death in an attempt to settle the case.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (April 2016), Tony practices with Crowder & Scoggins Ltd at 121 West Legion Avenue in Columbia, Illinois.
