The state of Washington presented Julie K. Fowler with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Julie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to protect client’s interests after being terminated

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Julie by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.
