Attorney R. Vincent Green of Okemos, MI; ethical dwarf

The state of Michigan provided R. Vincent Green with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Michigan Law School.

The Ingham County Hearing Panel #1 found Vinnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly held funds other than client’s in office trust account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to deposit advance client fees in client trust account
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct by knowingly assisting or inducing another to do so, or doing so through the acts of another

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Hearing Panel punished Vinnie by gifting him with a complimentary 120-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Vinnie practices in Okemos, Michigan.
