Attorney Allan Krezminski of Milwaukee; thief, repeat offender

The state of Wisconsin presented Allan D. Krezminski with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Registration (OLR) found Allan guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Allan was personal representative for an estate. He subsequently converted for his own use approximately $37,000 that he was holding in his capacity as personal representative for the estate. He also found it acceptable to file a receipt with the probate court falsely indicating that an heir of the estate had been paid.

In another matter, Allan was appointed to represent a client on an appeal from his conviction on several charges. However, Allan failed to communicate with his client for 11 months despite receiving written inquiries from his client and the Office of the State Public Defender.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Allan’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Allan by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Allan practices at 6908 West Locust Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
