The state of Michigan provided Cynthia Marie-Martinovich with a law license in 1984.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #71 found Cynthia guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in undignified or discourteous conduct towards a tribunal
• Failed to treat others with courtesy and respect
• Engaged in conduct in violation of criminal law
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Hearing Panel punished Cynthia by gifting her with a complimentary 180-day suspension of her law license, which means her license will be reinstated in October 2016. 

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Cynthia practices at 543 Hidden Ridge Drive in Troy, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit after her license is reinstated.
