Attorney William Parsons of Stansbury Park, UT; slacker

The State of Utah presented William B. Parsons with a law license in 1974 after he graduated from the University of Utah Law School.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.
