Attorney Robin Horner of Honolulu; repeat offender
The state of Hawaii presented Robin R. Horner with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Hawaii Law School.
The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Robby guilty of the following misconduct.
-
Commingled client funds with personal funds
-
Misconduct involved multiple violations
-
Failed to maintain required subsidiary ledger for client funds
-
Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Robby!)
-
Failed to provide opening brief to court in timely manner
-
Failed to timely pay court imposed monetary sanctions
-
Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
-
Failed to obey court orders
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Robby’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He was previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Robby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. June 2016), Robby practices with HBRC Corp, A Law Corporation in Honolulu, Hawaii.
