Attorney Teriann Schmidt of Birmingham, MI; drunken convict

The state of Michigan provided Teriann Marie Schmidt with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Wayne State University Law School.

The Tri-County Hearing Panel #68 found Teriann guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Teriann was convicted of driving while under the influence.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Hearing Panel punished Teriann by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Teriann practices with Moffett Vitu Lascoe Packus & Sims PC at 255 East Brown Street in Birmingham, Michigan, which is a suburb of Detroit.
