Attorney T. Jay Salmen of Minneapolis; lying loser

The state of Minnesota presented T. Jay Salmen with a law license in 1973 after she graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility found T. Jay guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Authored a letter that contained falsehoods
  • Misrepresentations in letter constituted fraud
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney/Judicial Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished T. Jay by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), T. Jay practices in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
