Attorney Kenneth Keate of St. Paul, MN; repeat offender

The state of Minnesota presented Kenneth E. Keate with a law license in 1976 after she graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School.

The Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to advise clients of bankruptcy court’s dismissal of application

Failed to keep clients informed of status of legal matter

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

Engaged in a pattern of misconduct

Failed to communicate with client

Failed to expedite client litigation

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Kenny’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received two (2) admonitions for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney/Judicial Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with yet another (third) complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Kenny practices in St. Paul, Minnesota.
