Attorney Nicholas Pagano of Savannah, GA; repeat offender

The state of Georgia presented Nicholas Pagano with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Case Western Reserve University Law School in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Georgia State Bar found Nicky guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to appear at two court calendar calls
  • Failure to appear at court led to judge dismissing client’s case

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Nicky’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand and one (1) complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Nicky by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Nicky practices at 310 East Montgomery Cross Road in Savannah, Georgia.
