Attorney Michael Eddings of Atlanta, GA; ethical gremlin

The state of Georgia presented Michael Anthony Eddings with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Catholic University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Mike was held in contempt of Court by the Superior Court of Muscogee County for communicating with persons he knew to be represented by legal counsel with obtaining the required prior consent of said counsel.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t the first time Mike was held in contempt of court for communicating with persons represented by counsel.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Mike practices with The Law Office of Michael A. Eddings PC in Atlanta, Georgia.
