Attorney John Hendrickson Jr. of Plymouth, MN; ethical gremlin

The state of Minnesota presented John W. Hendrickson Jr. with a law license in 1976.

The Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to disclose conflict to clients re: $6,000 loan
• Failed to advise clients to seek independent counsel re: $6,000 loan to Johnny
• Made various misrepresentations (lied) to clients re: second mortgage
• Failed to make monthly payments re: client loan for nearly one year

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney/Judicial Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Johnny practices in Plymouth, Minnesota.
