Attorney William Skoog Jr. of Redlands, CA; ethical gremlin

The state of California provided William Arthur Skoog Jr. with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from California Western University Law School in San Diego.

The California Bar Court found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with terms of disciplinary probation
• Failed to meet with probation deputy by deadline
• Failed to file eight quarterly reports to Office of Probation
• Failed to file final report in timely manner

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license. 

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Linda was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Billy practices at 1006 Fletcher Avenue in Redlands, California, which is located in San Bernardino County.
