The state of California provided Joseph Dulles Allen with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

The California Bar Court Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file civil action on client’s behalf
• Violated court order
• Allowed statute of limitations to expire on client’s claims
• Repeatedly failed to perform services competently (moron)
• Failed to provide client with accounting of claimed fees
• Failed to pay court-ordered sanctions of $4,100 to opposing counsel
• Caused significant harm to clients
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Failed to report court sanctions as required to State Bar ·         

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
