Attorney Joseph Siquenza of Burlingame, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Joseph John Siquenza with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The California Bar Court Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Joey reported penalty of perjury to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact he had not done so.

In addition, Joey’s law license was previously suspended six (6) times for his failure to pay mandatory annual bar membership fees.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license. 

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Joey was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Joey practices with the Law Offices of Ashwani Bakhri at 1299 Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, California, which is located in San Mateo County.
