Attorney David Warner of Newport Beach, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided David Lawrence Warner with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

The California Bar Court Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dave reported penalty of perjury to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the

MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact he had not done so.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Dave was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Dave practices at 20320 SW Birch Street in Newport Beach, California, which is located in Orange County.
